If you have forgotten your Pay By Group password, you can easily request an automated email to reset it.
If you’re in the process of creating or committing to a group, first click “Sign in” on the commit window, then click the “Forgot?” link. If you’re signing in from go.paybygroup.com/login, the “Forgot?” link located under the email field.
In both cases you’ll be taken to the password reset page, which you can also directly navigate to at go.paybygroup.com/password-reset. On the password reset request page, enter the email address associated with your Pay By Group account and click the “Send password reset link” button.
If the email address you entered is associated with an existing Pay By Group account, you will receive an email from Pay By Group with “Your Pay By Group password reset request” in the subject line. Click the “Reset password” button in that email to open the password reset page, then enter a new eight-character password and click the “Create new password” button to save it. Note that if you previously created a guest account (i.e. one without a password) this process will transition you to a full Pay By Group account.
Once you’ve done that, you can go to the My Groups page at go.paybygroup.com/my-groups or click a link from one of our emails to you about your group to navigate back to its dashboard.
