If your card failed, we'll send you an email about what might have happened. If you didn't get that email, here's what it says are the three possible reasons for card failure:
1. Insufficient funds available for the payment
Solution: You need to transfer funds or pay your credit card bill for the transaction to succeed after you rejoin this Pay By Group.
2. Accidentally entering incorrect card information
Solution: You should re-enter your card information carefully if you think this is the problem.
3. Your bank flagged the transaction for potential fraud
Solution: You should contact your bank if they have not already alerted you and tell them that you approve the charge.
Either way, you'll need to click "Rejoin group" on your dashboard to get your spot back!
