I completed my group, but I don't see the money in my account.

If you've hit "Collect Funds" or "Send Payment" on your dashboard and confirmed everything on the next page, you've done everything you need to do. 

Pay By Group takes between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the bank, to deposit the money into your account. If you've waited that long and still don't see anything, contact us at support@paybygroup.com.

TIP: If someone's card fails during the collection process, we'll halt the transfer of funds and ask them to rejoin the group. We'll email you when this happens -- normally about a minute or two after you hit the "Collect Funds" button. See this article for more on this process.
